  1. 1 Frozen spinach souffle - (10 oz) - thawed

  2. 1 Cream of potato soup - (10 1/2 oz)

  3. 1 1/2 cups 355ml Milk

  4. 1/4 cup 59ml Sour cream

  5. 1 Green onion - sliced

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Fresh lemon juice

  7. 1 Dried thyme

  8. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  1. Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Transfer to heavy large saucepan. Bring soup to boil over medium-high heat, stirring frequently. Ladle into bowls and serve.

  2. This recipe yields 2 to 4 servings.
