  1. 1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Original Barbecue Sauce

  2. 1 lb. large shrimp , cleaned

  3. 1 bag (10 oz.) mixed salad greens

  4. 1 cup sliced mushrooms

  5. 1/4 cup thin red onion slices

  6. 1/2 cup KRAFT Lite Ranch Dressing

  7. 1/2 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese

  8. 1/2 cup coarsely crushed low-fat tortilla chips

  1. HEAT barbecue sauce in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add shrimp; cook 5 to 7 min. or until shrimp turn pink, stirring occasionally.

  2. TOSS greens with mushrooms and onions in large bowl.

  3. ADD shrimp and dressing; toss to coat. Sprinkle with the cheese and chips; mix lightly.
