  1. 50g fresh mint leaves, de-stemmed

  2. 1 bottle quality vodka

  3. 1tbs crushed candy cane or peppermint candy

  4. 45ml mint infused vodka

  5. 8ml B&B (Benedictine and Brandy)

  6. 15ml Half-and-half (can be substituted with 7 1/2ml whole milk and 7 1/2ml single cream)

  7. Ice

  8. Peppermint stick

  9. Mint sprig for garnish

  1. For the infusion:

  2. Thoroughly wash mint leaves and place in a decanter or jar. Empty vodka into a container and crush slightly to release the essential oils.
