  1. 1 lb. rotini or spirals

  2. 1 c. cherry tomatoes, quartered

  3. 1/2 c. green peppers, slivered

  4. 1 can pitted black olives, sliced

  5. 1/2 c. minced sweet onions

  6. 1/4 c. red peppers, slivered

  7. 1 pkg. Good Season Italian dressing, prepared

  8. 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese

  1. Make at least 1 day ahead. Cook pasta according to package directions, al dente. Cool completely. Mix first 6 ingredients. Pour on half of the dressing and Parmesan cheese. Mix well. Cover and refrigerate overnight. If no visible liquid, pour on more dressing and mix. Do this until dressing is used up or has absorbed all that it will.
