  2. 25 lb Plums

  3. 8 lb Onions

  4. 4 lb Apples

  5. 5 lb Currants

  6. 8 lb Brown sugar

  7. 7 c White vinegar

  8. 2 Chunks fresh ginger

  9. 7 ts Dry mustard

  10. 7 ts Curry powder

  11. 7 ts Salt

  1. Cook all except sugar.

  2. Add sugar to dissolve.

  3. Cook and bottle.

  4. This is a recipe I used to make up in a restaurant I worked in when we hada glut of blood plums. It is pretty simple but good, especially if left tomature a while in the bottle.
