  2. 9 tablespoons 135ml Fresh lemon juice

  3. 1 tablespoon 15ml Tomato - cut into 1" cubes (large)

  4. 1 tablespoon 15ml Yellow onion - minced (large)

  5. 1 Celery stalk - minced

  6. 4 Green onions - minced

  7. 1 Bell pepper - seeded and minced

  8. 4 Garlic - finely minced

  9. 3 Fresh hot chilies - seeded and minced (small)

  10. 1/4 cup 23g / 0.8oz Minced fresh parsley

  11. 1 teaspoon 5ml Finely minced fresh cilantro

  12. 1 teaspoon 5ml Sugar

  13. 1/8 teaspoon 0.6ml Ground cumin

  14. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml Coarsely ground black pepper

  15. 1/3 cup 78ml Vegetable oil Salt and cayenne or Tabasco - to taste

  1. Recipe Instructions Scoop the avocados into a bowl and mash thoroughly with a fork. Add the lemon juice a bit at a time, tasting after each addition, and stir well. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix.
