  1. 5 medium potatoes , cut into 1/4 inch slices (peeled or unpeeled, whichever you prefer)

  2. 1 large onion , chopped

  3. 1/3 cup water

  4. 1/3 cup cider vinegar

  5. 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

  6. 2 tablespoons sugar

  7. 1 teaspoon salt

  8. 1/2 teaspoon celery seed

  9. 1/4 teaspoon pepper

  10. 4 slices cooked bacon, crumbled

  1. Mix potatoes and onion in crock pot; mix remaining ingredients except bacon; pour into crock pot.

  2. Cover and cook on low setting 8 to 10 hrs or until potatoes are tender.

  3. Stir in bacon.

  4. Serve.
