  3. 1/4 cup paprika

  4. 1/4 cup brown sugar

  5. 1/4 cup white sugar

  6. 1 tsp. cayenne pepper

  7. 1 tsp. garlic powder

  8. 1 tsp. onion powder

  1. Heat smoker with oak and mesquite chips to 240 degrees Mix 7 ingredients to make fine rub.

  2. Rub entire turkey, including under the skin Lay flat in smoker and smoke 4-5 hours or until timer pops
