  1. 1 pound beets

  2. 2 large carrots

  3. 1/4 cup water

  4. 1 tablespoon Simply Organic Chophouse Seasoning

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Peel beets and carrots and cut into quarters. Place vegetables in 2-quart casserole dish with water and Simply Organic Chophouse Seasoning. Cover and bake until vegetables are tender (40 to 50 minutes).
