  1. Sift sugar, coco powder, all purpose flour, and salt together in a large bowl.

  2. Make three wells in the mix put the water in one, vinegar in another, and the melted margarine in the last.

  3. Preheat oven To 350°F for 5 minutes.

  4. Mix well then put drops about the size of a super ball on a large cookie sheet 5 Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until the cookies chek out done.
