  1. 1 lb cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined

  2. 3 hard-boiled eggs , finely chopped

  3. 1/2 cup mayonnaise (I use Miracle Whip)

  4. 1/2 onion , finely minced

  5. 1 dash celery salt

  6. 1 dash of tony's creole seasoning (I use more)

  7. salt

  8. pepper

  1. Place shrimp in a food processor and pulse until finely minced.

  2. Transfer shrimp to a bowl and add eggs and other ingredients. Mix well and chill.

  3. Serve as a sandwich or with crackers.
