  2. 2 cloves garlic , finely chopped

  3. 1 Tbsp. olive oil

  4. 1/2 lb. Italian turkey sausage links, casings removed

  5. 2 plum tomato es, diced

  6. 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach , thawed, well drained

  7. 2 cups water

  8. 1 pkg. (10 oz.) VELVEETA Shells & Cheese Dinner

  2. kraft SAUTE onion and garlic in oil in a large skillet over medium heat until tender. Add sausage and cook, stirring to break up meat, 5 min. or until browned.

  3. ADD tomatoes and spinach; saute for 3 min. Add water; bring to boil. Stir in Shells.

  4. COOK over medium-low heat 14 min. or until Shells are tender, stirring frequently. Stir in Cheese Sauce until well blended.
