  1. 1 kg beef cup stale

  2. 1 2 tablespoons BBQ

  3. 2 teaspoons dried mixed 1 onion, finely Salt and pepper, to Extra BBQ

  1. Combine all ingredients, except extra BBQ sauce.

  2. Roll into small meatballs.

  3. Cook on a flat barbeque plate or in a frying pan, brushing regularly with extra BBQ sauce as the meatballs are cooking.

  4. Serve as finger food with toothpicks or with rolls and salad.
