  2. 3 Ears sweet corn

  3. 1 c Sugar

  4. 1 c Light cream

  5. 1 ts Vanilla

  6. 1 pt Heavy cream

  1. Peel and clean the corn.

  2. Cook as usual and cut the kernels from the cob when cool.

  3. Place in a blender with the sugar and light cream.

  4. Blend until almost pureed.

  5. Place in ice cream maker with the other ingredients.

  6. Churn according to manufacturer's instructions.
