  1. Combine Potatoes and 2 C. Water in A Medium Saucepan; Bring To A Boil. CoverSaucepan, Reduce Heat and Simmer For 15 Min. OR Until Tender. Drain and LetCool; Peel and Cut Into 1/4 Inch Slices and Set Aside.

  2. Cook Snow Peas in A Small Amount Of Boing Water 15 Sec. Drain. Rinse UnderCold Running Water; Drain Well. Combine Potatoes, Snow Peas, Celery, GreenOnions and Apple Slices in A Medium Bowl. Toss Well. Combine Remaining 1 T.
