  1. 16 ounces cream cheese , softened

  2. 8 ounces seafood cocktail sauce

  3. 16 ounces frozen salad shrimp, thawed, rinsed, drained

  1. On a 10"-12" serving plate spread cream cheese (I sometimes use a pizza pan) .

  2. Spread on cocktail sauce (you won't need the whole bottle).

  3. Place shrimp on top of sauce.

  4. Put them close together so shrimp covers sauce completely.

  5. Cover and refrigerate.

  6. Remove from fridge at least 30 minutes before serving.
