  1. 1 1/2c Dry bread crumbs

  2. 1 ts Onion powder

  3. 1 ts Chili powder

  4. 1 ts Salt

  5. 1/2ts Pepper

  6. 3 lb Potatoes, cut into quarters

  7. 1/2c Melted butter

  1. + Preheat oven to 350F.

  2. In a medium sized bowl, combine the bread crumbs, onion powder, chili powder, salt and pepper.

  3. Dip the potato quarters into the butter and then roll in the crumb mixture.

  4. Place on a greased cookie sheet and bake for 60 minutes, or until light brown and fork-tender.
