  2. 3 medium apples -- peeled, cored and sliced in horizontal way

  3. 1/2 glass Calvados

  4. juice of 1 lemon

  5. 100 Grams flour (+ some tbsp)

  6. 2 eggs

  7. confectioner's sugar

  8. oil to fry

  9. white wine

  1. Put sliced apples in a bowl with lemon juice and Calvados. Cover and letrest for 1 hour. Mix flour with wine and egg yolks. Whisk egg whites and addto the batter.

  2. Drain, flour and cover apples with the batter.

  3. Deep-fry in hot oil until golden. Sprinkle with confectioner's suga
