  1. 12 oz 340g Fettuccine noodles

  2. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Unsalted butter

  3. 8 cups 1896ml Mushrooms - sliced (large)

  4. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped cooked ham

  5. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Chopped cooked turkey breast

  6. 1 teaspoon 5ml Chicken stock base

  7. 2 1/2 cups 592ml Half and half 1 tablespoon 15ml Flour

  8. 3/4 teaspoon 3.8ml Salt

  9. 1/4 teaspoon 1 1/3ml White pepper

  10. 1/2 cup 73g / 2.6oz Grated parmesan cheese Parsley - chopped

  1. Recipe Instructions Cook fettuccine in 4 quarts boiling salted water about 7 minutes. Drain and return to pan. Add 1/4 cup butter and toss until melted. Meanwhile, melt remaining butter in skillet, add mushrooms and saute lightly. Add ham and turkey and saute 5 minutes. Combine stock base, 1/2 cup half and half and flour in saucepan and cook, stirring, until mixture comes to boil and thickens. Stir in remaining half and half, salt and white pepper and cook, stirring, until mixture comes to boil. Add mushroom mixture to sauce and stir until well mixed. Add sauce to noodles and toss, then add cheese and toss again. Sprinkle each serving with chopped parsley. Created by: Little Joe's, Los Angeles
