  1. 2 16-oz. cans black beans

  2. 5 Roma tomatoes, chopped

  3. 1 medium onion, chopped

  4. 1 medium avocado, chopped

  5. 3 cloves garlic, minced

  6. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

  7. 1 lime Blue corn tortilla chips

  1. Drain the black beans. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except for the lime and corn chips. Toss to mix well. Before serving, squeeze the juice from one lime over the top. Serve with blue corn tortilla chips.
