  1. 6 Trout fillets - (4 oz. Each)

  2. 1 Lemon

  3. 2 teaspoons 10ml Celery salt

  4. 1 teaspoon 5ml Salt

  5. 1 teaspoon 5ml Onion (large)

  6. 1/2 cup 99g / 3 1/2oz Butter - (or marg.),

  7. 1 stick

  1. Place trout filets in rectangular-shaped aluminum cake pan.

  2. Sprinkle several drops lemon juice over each fillet. Sprinkle salt and celery salt over each filet. Slice onion into 18 thin slices.

  3. Place 3 sliced on each filet. Slice one stick butter into 18 pats.

  4. Place one pat on each onion slice. Cover pan with aluminum foil and place in preheated 325F oven. Bake 1-1/2 hours.

  5. If desired, you may remove pan from oven, halfway during baking period and baste filets. Return to oven and finish baking process.
