  3. 1 medium orange , thinly sliced

  4. 1 lemon , thinly sliced

  5. 1 lime , thinly sliced

  6. 2 (3-inch) cinnamon sticks

  7. 12 whole allspice berries

  8. 8 whole cloves

  9. Orange slices

  10. Cinnamon sticks

  1. In a 3-quart saucepan, combine all ingredients. Simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally, 25 minutes; do not boil. Strain mixture and discard solids. Divide among serving mugs. Garnish with orange and cinnamon, if desired; serve.
