  1. 1 pound pork tenderloin

  2. 1 tablespoon canned chipotle in adobo sauce , minced

  3. 1/3 cup maple syrup

  4. 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

  1. Preheat oven to 450

  2. Coat a baking pan with cooking spray

  3. Place tenderloin in pan and bake until internal temperature reaches 145F, about 20-23 minutes

  4. Make the glaze: Combine the remaining ingredients in a bowl

  5. Brush the glaze over the entire surface of the pork

  6. Return to the oven until the glaze is bubbly and the pork reaches an internal temperature of 150F, about 3-5 minutes longer

  7. Remove from oven, let rest about 5 minutes, then slice on the diagonal and serve
