Easy Raspberry Brownies

    1. 1 package fudge brownie mix

    2. 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

    3. 1/2 cup powdered sugar

    4. 1/2 cup raspberry preserves

    5. 1 ounce unsweetened baking chocolate

    6. 1 tablespoon margarine or butter

    1. Preparation : 1. Bake and cool brownies as directed on package for 13x9-inch pan.

    2. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and preserves in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Spread over brownies. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

    3. Microwave chocolate and margarine in small microwavable bowl on Medium (50%) about 1 minute or until mixture can be stirred smooth. Drizzle over brownies. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chocolate is firm. Cut into bars. Store covered in refrigerator.
