  1. 1/3 c Diced red pepper

  2. 1/4 c Sliced green onions

  3. -- including tops 1 Garlic clove; minced

  4. 1 ts Butter or margarine

  5. 1/2 lb Peeled & deveined shrimp

  6. -- (medium size) 1/2 ts Seafood seasoning blend

  7. 1 1/2 c Cooked rice; cooked with...

  8. 1/16 ts Ground saffron or turmeric

  9. 1 tb Grated Parmesan cheese

  10. 1 to 2 minutes. Add shrimp and seasoning blend; cook, stirring,

  11. 3 to 4 minutes. Stir in rice and cheese; cook and stir until thoroughly heated

  12. 2 to 3 minutes

  13. 1-quart microproof baking dish. Cover and cook on HIGH (maximum power)

  14. 2 minutes. Add shrimp and seasoning blend. Reduce setting to MEDIUM HIGH (70% power); cover and cook

  15. 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp are opaque. Stir in rice and cheese; cover and cook on MEDIUM HIGH

  16. 1 to 2 minutes, or until thoroughly heated. Let stand 2 minutes. Each serving provides:
