  1. 2492 g lean ground beef

  2. 1/4 cup sour cream

  3. 1 tsp. crumbled dried thyme

  4. 1 tbsp. minced fresh parsley leaves

  5. 1/4 tsp. crumbled dried rosemary

  6. 3/4 tsp. pepper

  7. 8 hamburger buns, split and toasted

  1. Combine ground beef, sour cream, thyme, parsley, rosemary and pepper in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly. Shape mixture into eight 1 inch thick patties. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.

  2. Prepare grill. Cover and grill burgers about 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Place burgers on buns and serve.
