  1. 2 Turkey thighs - skinned

  2. 1 Onion - chopped

  3. And cubed 1 Garlic - clove, minced

  4. 8 oz 227g Sliced tomatoes --

  5. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Cilantro leaves - chopped

  6. 2 Green peppers - seeded

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Cocoa powder - plain

  8. 2 teaspoons 10ml Cumin seeds

  9. 3 Peppers - jalapeno --

  10. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Ground cumin - or 1 T chili

  11. Powder

  1. Combine ingredients in a crock pot. Cover and cook for 14 to 16 hrs at low heat. Note: double the recipe to make 8 servings, and freeze extras in single serving portions if desired.
