  1. 200 g feta cheese

  2. 1/2 cup sour cream

  3. 1/4 cup roasted red pepper, chopped

  4. 1 garlic clove , chopped

  5. 1 tablespoon fresh chives , chopped

  6. 1 tablespoon olive oil

  7. 1 pinch cayenne pepper

  1. In a food processor, reduce in puree : feta, sour cream, roasted red pepper, garlic, chive, olive oil and Cayenne pepper.

  2. Serve with pita chips, veggies or anything you want ;).
