  1. 2 cups 320g / 11oz Canned black beans

  2. 1/2 cup 31g / 1.1oz Chopped fresh tomatoes

  3. 1 cup 237ml Sour cream or yogurt

  4. 6 tablespoons 90ml Chopped onions

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Chopped fresh chives

  6. 2 teaspoons 10ml Salt

  7. 1/2 teaspoon 2 1/2ml Freshly ground black - pepper

  8. 1 teaspoon 5ml Paprika

  1. Recipe Instructions Combine all the ingredients, except the paprika, briefly in a food processor or blender. Chill for 1 to 2 hours, then garnish with the paprika. Serve with blue or yellow tortilla chips. Yield: About 4 cups
