  1. 3 cups cut chocolate sponge cake,

  2. 1 inch square pieces 8 tablespoons Cool Whip, thawed

  3. 8 tablespoons Crushed Walnuts

  4. 2 tablespoons Sugar

  5. 8 oz Chocolate bar

  1. In a bowl, combine cool whip, sugar and crushed walnuts. Mix well.

  2. Place 1/8 of cake on the plastic wrap and place 1/8 of cream mixture in the center. Wrap it and make 7 more. Freeze for 2 hours.

  3. Chop chocolate into uniform pieces and put them into a bowl. Heat 1 cup of hot water in a saucepan over low heat, place the chocolate bowl over the hot water. When chocolate starts to be melt, turn off the heat and stir frequently. When chocolate is almost melted, remove the chocolate bowl from the saucepan and stir until smooth and completely melted.

  4. When the cakes are set, coat each cake with melted chocolate and freeze for 1 hour.
