  1. 500 g carrots , coarsly grated

  2. 200 g apples , peeled and coarsly grated

  3. 60 g almonds, toasted and chopped

  4. 2 tablespoons olive oil

  5. 2 tablespoons lemon juice

  6. 1 teaspoon ground cumin

  7. 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  8. 1/2 teaspoon sugar

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Don't add salt, it would soak water!

  3. Refrigerate at least one hour.

  4. Serve and enjoy. ?
