  1. 8 ounces Brie cheese, diced

  2. 1/2 cup whole berry cranberry sauce

  3. 8 slices sourdough bread

  4. 1/4 cup butter, softened

  1. To easily dice the Brie, place it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes until firm, then dice. Combine in medium bowl with cranberry sauce; toss gently. Make sandwiches with the Brie mixture and the bread. Spread butter on outsides of sandwiches, then cook on a griddle or panini maker until the bread is toasted and golden brown and the cheese melts. Serve immediately. Serves 4
