  1. 1 egg, beaten

  2. 1/2 cup honey

  3. 1/4 cup lime juice Dash salt Dash ground mace

  4. 1 cup (8 ounces) BREAKSTONE'S® Sour Cream Assorted fresh fruit

  1. In a small saucepan, combine the egg, honey and lime juice. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture reaches 160° and is thickened. Remove from heat; stir in salt and mace. Cool to room temperature. Stir in the sour cream. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or until chilled. Serve with fruit. Yield: 2 cups.
