  1. 7 mediums Tomatoes, skinned & coarsely chopped

  2. 8 ounces Angel hair pasta

  3. 3 tablespoons Olive oil cup Basil, chopped cup Parsley, chopped

  4. 2 eaches Scallions, minced cup Green olives, sliced Salt & pepper

Instructions Jump to Ingredients ↑

  1. Cook & drain the pasta. In a serving bowl, combine the pasta with the tomatoes & remaining ingredients. Toss & serve immediately. NOTE: In place of green olives, use black olives, same amount.
