  2. 1/2 cup 8g / 1/3oz Fresh cilantro leaves Salt Pepper Papaya Relish

  3. 1/4 cup 15g / 1/2oz Minced white onion

  4. 1 1/4 cups 182g / 6.4oz Diced ripe papaya

  5. 3/4 cup 109g / 3.8oz Diced red bell pepper

  6. 1/4 cup 4g / 0.1oz Chopped fresh cilantro

  7. 1 tablespoon 15ml Minced fresh ginger

  8. 2 tablespoons 30ml Olive oil

  9. 2 tablespoons 30ml Lemon juice

  1. Recipe Instructions * - cut into 6 equal portions Arrange papaya relish and hot fish equally on 6 warm plates. Garnish plates with cilantro. Add salt and pepper to taste. PAPAYA RELISH: In a fine strainer, rinse white onion. Soak onion in ice water for 30 minutes; drain. Mix with rest of relish ingredients.
