  1. Crockpot Hash Brown Casserole

  2. 2 pounds frozen hash browns

  3. 12 ounces evaporated milk

  4. 1 can cheddar cheese soup

  5. 1 can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup

  6. 1 can french fried onions, divided

  7. Spray inside of crock pot with nonstick cooking spray. Add soups

  8. and milk and whisk until smooth. Stir in potatoes and half the

  9. onions until well mixed. Sprinkle with remaining onions. Cover and 3 1/2 hours or LOW

  10. 6-7 hours. Serve warm.
