  1. 1 lb turkey , ground

  2. 1 / 3 ; cup onion , chopped fine

  3. 3 tablespoons Italian parsley , fresh, chopped

  4. 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce

  5. 2 tablespoons green peppers , diced

  6. 1 tablespoon soy sauce , Low Sodium

  7. 1 tablespoon water , cold

  8. 2 teaspoons ginger , fresh, peeled and grated (or 1 tsp powdered)

  9. teaspoon salt

  10. teaspoon pepper

  11. 3 garlic cloves , minced

  12. 2 tablespoons oil , for frying

  13. 4 sandwich buns , Multi-Grain Thins,

  1. In a large bowl, mix well the first 11 ingredients.

  2. Divide the turkey mixture to 4 equal portions, shaping each into a ¾ inch-thick patty.

  3. Coat a large skillet with oil, warm over medium high heat, until hot.

  4. Add patties, and cook for 8 minutes on each side, or until done.

  5. Serve on buns, with your favorite condiments and trimmings.
