  1. 2 package(s) Romain Lettuce or your choice of greens.

  2. 1 package(s) Blackberries

  3. 1 package(s) Strawberries , slice 2 cup(s) Rasberries

  4. 2 cup(s) Crushed walnuts

  5. cup(s) Olive oil , Pour to your taste cup(s) Balsamic Vinegar , Pour to your taste 1 1/2 tablespoon(s) Sugar , or to your taste

  1. Combine Romain lettuce ( or your choice of greens) in a bowl with Blackberries, strawberries, rasberries, and crushed walnut. In a mixer or a dressing bottle combine your perfect combination of Olive oil and balsamic vinegar. Start with about 1 1/2 cups Olive oil and add balsamic vinegar slowing, paying close attention to the taste as you go. Keep going till you are satisfied with the taste a ratio. When you are done finding your perfect ratio add about 1 1/2 tblspoons of sugar to the vinegarette. If it is not to your satifaction add to your taste.

  2. Once you are done with your dressing serve and ENJOY!
