  1. 4 cloves garlic , minced

  2. 1 cup olive oil

  3. 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh basil

  4. 2 tablespoons vinegar

  5. 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

  6. 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce

  7. 2 lbs large raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

  1. Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a shallow dish; mix well.

  2. Add shrimp, tossing gently to coat.

  3. Cover and marinate shrimp 2-3 hours in the refrigerator, stirring occasionally.

  4. Remove shrimp from marinade, reserving marinade.

  5. Place shrimp on skewers; grill over medium-hot coals 3-4 minutes on each side, basting frequently with marinade. ?
