  1. for Spaghetti Meatballs Recipe

  2. 1 lb lean ground beef

  3. 1/2 cup Italian bread crumbs

  4. 1/3 cup water (more or less)

  5. 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  6. 1 medium onion

  7. 2 cloves of garlic, minced

  8. Salt and Pepper to taste

  1. Combine all of the ingredients together.

  2. Slowly add the water to the mixture so that it remains moist.

  3. Shape meatballs and place on a broiler pan. You may also spray your hands with non-stick cooking spray to help keep the ground meat from clinging to your hands as you shape the meatballs.

  4. Broil until outside is slightly brown and then turn and broil the other side.

  5. When finished, add to spaghetti sauce and cook over low heat for approximately 20 minutes.
