  3. 1 apple -- chopped

  4. 1 cup seedless grapes

  5. 1 cup chopped celery

  6. 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

  7. 1 tablespoon plain lowfat yogurt

  8. 2 tablespoons chopped dry roasted peanuts

  1. Combine all ingredients except nuts in a bowl. Toss to mix. Cover and chill thoroughly, about 3 to 4 hours. Sprinkle the nuts on top just before serving.
