  1. 1 c Apricot or peach preserves

  2. 2 tb Cider vinegar

  3. 2 tb Ketchup

  4. 1/4 ts Dry mustard

  5. 1. Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart glass measuring pitcher.

  6. 2. Cook uncovered in microwave oven 2-1/2 to 3 minutes at High; stir once.
