  1. 280 g each 1/4 cup thick and chunky hot salsa

  2. 2 tbsp. water

  3. 2 tbsp. orange marmalade

  4. 1/4 tsp. salt

  1. Place the pork chops in a large resealable plastic bag. Stir together the salsa, water, marmalade and salt in a small bowl. Pour the salsa mixture over the chops. Seal the bag and refrigerate pork 1 hour. Meanwhile, prepare grill. Remove the pork chops from the marinade and place on an oiled grill rack. Discard marinade. Grill chops about 4 minutes per side until just cooked through. Serve pork chops immediately.
