  7. 1/2 c Sugar

  8. 1/4 ts Salt

  9. 1 1/4 c Blanched Nuts*, chopped

  10. *(Almonds, Pecans -OR-

  11. *Hazelnuts)

  12. 1/4 lb Candied Orange Peel

  13. -(store-bought or homemade)

  14. - chopped 1/4 c Flour

  15. PREHEAT OVEN TO 325F. Heat cream, sugar and salt together. Place nuts,

  16. candied peel and flour in a food processor with the steel blade, and chop

  17. coarsely, turning the machine on and off. Stir this into hot ingredients

  18. 2 minutes. Drop by teaspoons,

  19. inches apart, on a well-greased cookie sheet. Bake for 12 minutes, until

  20. brown around the edges. Cool slightly on sheet. Remove and let cool until
