  1. 2 package(s) Chocolate Candiquik , 1 bag(s) Marshmallows 1 package(s) Graham crackers , (or graham cracker crumbs) 1/3333333333333 cup(s) Milk , (Skim, 1%, 2%, or whole)

  1. Chop CANDIQUIK into small pieces with a knife. Heat 1/3 C milk in medium sized pan, over medium-low heat. Add chopped pieces of CANDIQUIK and stir constantly until melted. Pour CANDIQUIK mixture back into the tray it came packaged in; place in refrigerator. Once completely cooled and “fudge-likeâ€Â, scoop out a tablespoon sized scoop and wrap around two small marshmallows (or 1/2 of a large marshmallow). Roll into a ball shape and place on wax paper. Melt additional package of Chocolate CANDIQUIK according to directions on package. Dip truffle completely in CANDIQUIK (using a fork) and place on wax paper; sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs before chocolate is set. (Tip: if truffles become too soft or are not holding their shape while being dipped, place back in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes)
