  3. 1 cup(s) multi grain cherrios

  4. 1 cup(s) mixed nuts with sea salt

  5. 1 cup(s) Cheezits with whole grains

  6. 2 cup(s) home made garlic bagel chips

  7. 6 tablespoon(s) light margarine

  8. 2 teaspoon(s) seasoning salt

  9. 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder

  10. 4 tablespoon(s) worsterchire sauce

  11. 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder

  12. 2 tablespoon(s) low sodium soy sauce

  1. Make Homemade Bagel chips 2 100 % whole wheat bagels cut into slices In a mixing bowl add sliced bagel chips 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder and basil. Mix well, lay out on baking tray Bake for 20 mins at 350 degrees

  2. Once bagel chips have cooled in another mixing bowl add bagel chips to all other dry ingredients.

  3. add in all other wet ingredients, including margarine and mix well

  4. pour into 2 baking trays, making sure mix is evenly spred

  5. Bake at 250 degress for 1 hr mix every 15 mins
