  1. 1/2 tsp instant yeast

  7. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

  8. 200 g tomatoes, pour boiling water, peeled, finely chopped

  9. 2 tbsp tomato sauce

  10. 1 tsp sugar

  11. 1/4 tsp salt

  12. 1/4 tsp pepper

  13. 1 tsp beef bouillon powder

  1. : 1. Tomato Sauce: Heat oil, saute onion and garlic until fragrant. Enter tomatoes, tomato sauce, sugar, beef bouillon powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook until thickened. Set aside.

  2. Bread: Combine instant yeast and warm water, stir well. Let stand until foam, mixed with wheat flour, salt, and vegetable oil. Knead until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth. Let stand for 30 minutes. Take dough, divide into two parts. Cover again with a damp cloth, and let stand for 25 minutes.

  3. Flattaned dough to a diameter of 20 cm. Bake in hot oven temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until half cooked.

  4. Brush the surface of bread with tomato sauce. Sprinkle sausage and cheese. Bake again in a hot oven temperature of 180 degrees Celsius for 15 minutes until cheese melts. Lift.

  5. Serve warm.
