  1. 1 lb 454g / 16oz Crab meat

  2. (preferably lump)

  3. 16 oz 454g Cream cheese

  4. 8 oz 227g Sour cream

  5. 2 tablespoons 30ml Mayonnaise

  6. 2 tablespoons 30ml Worcestershire sauce

  7. 1 cup 146g / 5.1oz Grated Cheddar cheese

  8. Salt - to taste

  9. Freshly-ground black pepper - to taste

  10. Garlic - to taste

  11. 1 tablespoon 15ml Old Bay seasoning -

  1. Soften cream cheese. Beat with sour cream until very smooth. Add mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, seasonings and blend well. Fold in crab meat (be careful with this if you're using lump -- you don't want to break up the lumps!).

  2. Place in a 2 1/2-quart casserole diish. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and stir. Sprinkle cheese on top and return to oven for another 10 minutes.

  3. This recipe yields 6 servings; 4 carb grams per serving.
