  2. Cornmeal

  4. Nature's seasonings 1/2

  7. Oil

  8. 1 tb Chopped Italian parsley

  1. Combine cornmeal with 1 1/2c water and seasonings.

  2. Gradually add mixture to 3c rapidly boiling water, stirring constantly, for about 3 minutes.

  3. It will be heavy and sticky.

  4. Turn heat to very low and cook 10 minutes more, stirring occasionally.

  5. Pour into a loaf pan sprayed with nonstick spray.

  6. Chill thoroughly.

  7. Cut into 1/2 inch thick slices.

  8. Fry in a nonstick pan sprayed lightly with oil, until browned on both sides.

  9. Serve with parsley sprinkled on top.
