    7. 1 c Plain Yogurt

    8. 1 c Sliced fresh Strawberries

    9. 2 T Orange juice

    10. 1 T Honey

    11. GARNISH: fresh strawberry slices, mint sprigs, or kiwi slices

    12. In food processor fitted with steel blade, blend ingredients.

    13. Serve chilled. Add garnish to each serving.

    14. VARIATIONS: - substitute white or red grape juice for orange juice

    15. substitute apple juice for orange juice
